Compact Industrial Pellet Printing for Large Functional Parts

The Kings FGF 800Pro is the most compact system in the Kings fused granular fabrication range. It combines an 800 x 600 x 800 mm build volume with automatic pellet feeding, industrial temperature control and support for standard and reinforced thermoplastics.

Large Build Volume
An 800 x 600 x 800 mm build area supports substantial one-piece models, fixtures and display components while keeping the overall machine footprint manageable.

Pellet Material Economy
Direct extrusion from 1 to 5 mm thermoplastic granules can reduce material costs and supports ABS, PETG, PLA, ASA, TPU, PC, PA, PP and fibre-reinforced grades.

Automatic Material Handling
An integrated pneumatic feeding system and material shortage monitoring support longer unattended builds.

Controlled Industrial Printing
Automatic laser levelling with stated 0.01 mm accuracy, a heated working surface up to 120°C and optional chamber heating help maintain stable production conditions.

Flexible Extrusion Setup
Nozzle sizes from 0.4 to 2 mm are available, with nozzle temperatures up to 350°C as standard and an optional 450°C configuration.
