High Output FGF Printing for Large Industrial Components

The Kings FGF 1800Pro is a large format pellet extrusion system designed for substantial models, tooling and functional parts. Its 1800 x 1200 x 1100 mm build volume and output of up to 15 kg per hour support faster production of large components from economical thermoplastic granules.

Large One-Piece Production
An 1800 x 1200 x 1100 mm build area reduces the need to divide substantial parts into multiple printed sections.

The high output extrusion system is suited to large models, patterns and tooling where conventional filament printing would be impractical.

Industrial Motion and Control
18-bit servo motors, laser levelling and a self-developed CNC control system provide controlled movement throughout long builds.

Long Duration Material Handling
A 50 kg storage hopper and integrated automatic feeding system support continuous operation with reduced operator input.

Engineering Material Capability
Nozzle sizes from 1 to 8 mm support standard and reinforced thermoplastics, including ABS, PETG, PLA, ASA, PC, PA, PP and fibre-filled grades.
