Hybrid Pellet Printing and CNC Finishing for Large Tooling

The Kings FGF 2420Pro is a large industrial pellet extrusion platform for one-piece moulds, tooling and structural components. Its 2400 x 2000 x 1350 mm build area supports output up to 30 kg per hour, with an available hybrid configuration combining additive manufacture and five-axis CNC finishing.

A 2400 x 2000 x 1350 mm build volume reduces segmentation and assembly for large moulds, fixtures and industrial structures.

The screw extrusion system supports high throughput production using economical thermoplastic pellets.

Available Hybrid Workflow
The hybrid configuration combines pellet extrusion with five-axis CNC milling to improve dimensional control and produce smoother working surfaces.

High Temperature Material Processing
Nozzle sizes from 3 to 16 mm and temperatures up to 450°C support a wide range of standard, reinforced and high-performance thermoplastics.

Continuous Industrial Operation
A 100 kg storage hopper and integrated automatic feeding system support extended production schedules.
