Ultra Large Pellet Printing for Full-Scale Moulds and Tooling

The Kings FGF 2435Pro is an ultra large industrial pellet extrusion platform with a 3500 x 2400 x 1000 mm build volume. It is designed for full-scale moulds, tooling and structural parts, with output up to 30 kg per hour and an available additive and subtractive manufacturing configuration.

The 3500 x 2400 x 1000 mm working area accommodates full-scale components that would otherwise require extensive sectioning and assembly.

An available five-axis CNC finishing configuration combines rapid near-net-shape printing with controlled machining of functional surfaces.

Nozzle sizes from 3 to 16 mm and temperatures up to 450°C support standard, recycled and fibre-reinforced thermoplastics.

Built for Extended Production
A 100 kg hopper, integrated feeding and a multi-zone heating system support long industrial builds.
