Large Scale Pellet Extrusion for Industrial Mould Production

The Kings FGF 3000Pro is designed for large industrial moulds and composite tooling. Its 3000 x 2000 x 1000 mm build volume supports one-piece production using economical thermoplastic pellets, reducing assembly work and material costs for substantial manufacturing tools.

Three Metre Build Length
A 3000 x 2000 x 1000 mm working area supports large automotive, marine, construction and casting tools in fewer printed sections.

Purpose-Built for Mould Production
The system is suited to durable thermoplastic tooling made from materials such as PETG+GF, PP+GF, PA+GF, ABS+GF and PC+ABS.

Controlled Industrial Motion
Servo drive and a self-developed CNC control platform support stable movement and continued printing following a power interruption.

Continuous Pellet Supply
Integrated automatic feeding and a 100 kg granular dryer support extended unattended builds.

Flexible High Temperature Extrusion
Nozzle sizes from 2 to 6 mm operate up to 350°C, with an optional 450°C configuration for more demanding materials.
