The Kings FGF 1200Pro is a production-focused fused granular fabrication system with a 1200 x 1000 x 1000 mm build volume and extrusion rates up to 8 kg per hour. It is designed for economical production of large, durable parts from thermoplastic pellets and composite materials.

One Metre Class Build Capacity
The 1200 x 1000 x 1000 mm build area supports large one-piece prototypes, furniture, sculptures and manufacturing aids.

High Output Pellet Extrusion
Pellet processing at up to 8 kg per hour helps reduce build times while avoiding the higher cost of large filament spools.

Precision Motion Platform
18-bit servo motors, a self-developed CNC control system and non-contact laser levelling provide stated mechanical and levelling accuracy of 0.01 mm.

Continuous Material Supply
An integrated automatic feeder and 40 kg storage hopper support long production runs with less manual intervention.

Broad Material Compatibility
The 2 to 6 mm nozzle range supports common thermoplastics and reinforced materials, with nozzle temperatures up to 350°C and an optional 450°C configuration.
