The Kings SLA 1200Pro is a large-format stereolithography system for long industrial parts, sizeable prototypes and production models. Its 1200 x 800 x 650 mm build volume provides generous length and depth for demanding projects.

A 1200 mm long platform, 800 mm width and 650 mm build height support substantial components and efficient multi-part layouts in a single build.

Consistent Dimensional Control
Specified dimensional accuracy is ±0.15 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.15% x L for larger dimensions, supporting detailed models and controlled industrial output.

Stable Marble Construction
The recoater frame, elevator holder and scanning system base use marble structures to improve rigidity and maintain stable performance during printing.

Fast, Flexible Laser Processing
A 355 nm laser, adjustable 0.08 to 0.8 mm beam diameter and scanning speeds up to 15 m/s support a practical balance of surface detail and productivity. Layer thickness can be selected from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.

Intelligent Recoating and Motion Control
Intelligent position vacuum recoating, closed-loop motion control and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm support repeatable layer formation and reliable production.

Production-Ready Workflow
Kings 3D control software runs on Windows 10, accepts STL and SLC files, and supports Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity for an established industrial workflow.
