One-Metre Industrial SLA Build Platform for Large Parts

The Kings SLA 1000Pro is a large industrial stereolithography system with a one-metre-square build platform. Its 1000 x 1000 x 600 mm build volume supports sizeable components, full-scale models and efficient batch production across demanding applications.

One-Metre Square Build Platform
The 1000 x 1000 mm platform provides substantial horizontal capacity, while the 600 mm build height accommodates tall parts and layered production layouts.

Consistent Dimensional Control
Specified dimensional accuracy is ±0.1 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.1% x L for larger dimensions, supporting detailed models and controlled industrial output.

Stable Marble Construction
The recoater frame, elevator holder and scanning system base use marble structures to improve rigidity and maintain stable performance during printing.

Fast, Flexible Laser Processing
A 355 nm laser, adjustable 0.08 to 0.8 mm beam diameter and scanning speeds up to 15 m/s support a practical balance of surface detail and productivity. Layer thickness can be selected from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.

Intelligent Recoating and Motion Control
Intelligent position vacuum recoating, closed-loop motion control and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm support repeatable layer formation and reliable production.

Production-Ready Workflow
Kings 3D control software runs on Windows 10, accepts STL and SLC files, and supports Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity for an established industrial workflow.
