Ultra-Large Three-Laser SLA for Full-Scale Industrial Parts

The Kings SLA 2700Pro is an ultra-large industrial stereolithography system built for full-scale components and very large production patterns. Its 2700 x 900 x 800 mm build volume, three-laser configuration and monitoring features support demanding large-part production.

Ultra-Large Build Envelope
The 2700 mm build length enables exceptionally large parts to be produced with fewer sections, while the 900 mm width and 800 mm height provide substantial capacity in every axis.

Consistent Dimensional Control
Specified dimensional accuracy is ±0.15 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.15% x L for larger dimensions, supporting detailed models and controlled industrial output.

Stable Marble Construction
The recoater frame, elevator holder and scanning system base use marble structures to improve rigidity and maintain stable performance during printing.

Fast, Flexible Laser Processing
A 355 nm laser, adjustable 0.08 to 0.8 mm beam diameter and scanning speeds up to 15 m/s support a practical balance of surface detail and productivity. Layer thickness can be selected from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.

Three-Laser Productivity
Three lasers work across the large build platform to increase processing capacity and support efficient production of very large parts.

Remote Monitoring and Liquid-Level Detection
Remote monitoring supports production oversight, while laser-based liquid-level detection helps maintain controlled operation across long builds.

Intelligent Recoating and Motion Control
Intelligent position vacuum recoating, closed-loop motion control and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm support repeatable layer formation and reliable production.

Production-Ready Workflow
Kings 3D control software runs on Windows 10, accepts STL and SLC files, and supports Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity for an established industrial workflow.
