Large-Format Industrial SLA for Bigger Parts and Batch Production

The Kings SLA 800Pro is a large-format stereolithography system designed for sizeable prototypes, production models and higher-volume batch layouts. Its 800 x 800 x 500 mm build volume enables larger parts to be produced as single pieces while retaining fine SLA detail.

Large Square Build Platform
An 800 x 800 mm build area and 500 mm build height provide substantial capacity for large components, multiple parts or mixed production layouts.

Consistent Dimensional Control
Specified dimensional accuracy is ±0.1 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.1% x L for larger dimensions, supporting detailed models and controlled industrial output.

Stable Marble Construction
The recoater frame, elevator holder and scanning system base use marble structures to improve rigidity and maintain stable performance during printing.

Fast, Flexible Laser Processing
A 355 nm laser, adjustable 0.08 to 0.8 mm beam diameter and scanning speeds up to 15 m/s support a practical balance of surface detail and productivity. Layer thickness can be selected from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.

Intelligent Recoating and Motion Control
Intelligent position vacuum recoating, closed-loop motion control and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm support repeatable layer formation and reliable production.

Production-Ready Workflow
Kings 3D control software runs on Windows 10, accepts STL and SLC files, and supports Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity for an established industrial workflow.
