Purpose-Built SLA 3D Printing for Footwear and Long Components

The Kings SLA 6035Pro is an industrial stereolithography system with an elongated 600 x 350 x 350 mm build volume. Its proportions are especially well suited to footwear, insoles, shoe moulds and other long components that benefit from efficient use of the build platform.

Elongated Build Area for Footwear
The 600 mm long platform provides useful production length without the resin requirement of a full square build area, making it an efficient choice for footwear and similarly shaped parts.

Consistent Dimensional Control
Specified dimensional accuracy is ±0.1 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.1% x L for larger dimensions, supporting detailed models and controlled industrial output.

Stable Marble Construction
The recoater frame, elevator holder and scanning system base use marble structures to improve rigidity and maintain stable performance during printing.

Fast, Flexible Laser Processing
A 355 nm laser, adjustable 0.08 to 0.8 mm beam diameter and scanning speeds up to 15 m/s support a practical balance of surface detail and productivity. Layer thickness can be selected from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.

Intelligent Recoating and Motion Control
Intelligent position vacuum recoating, closed-loop motion control and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm support repeatable layer formation and reliable production.

Production-Ready Workflow
Kings 3D control software runs on Windows 10, accepts STL and SLC files, and supports Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity for an established industrial workflow.
