The Kings FGF 3000HPro combines large format pellet extrusion and subtractive finishing within a 3000 x 2000 x 1000 mm working envelope. With extrusion rates up to 50 kg per hour and material temperatures up to 450°C, it is designed for demanding moulds, fixtures and high-performance industrial tooling.

Integrated Hybrid Manufacturing
Additive and subtractive processes are combined in one platform, allowing rapid near-net-shape printing followed by controlled finishing of critical surfaces.

High output pellet extrusion helps reduce lead times for very large moulds, jigs, fixtures and structural components.

Advanced Material Capability
A four-zone heating system and temperatures up to 450°C support reinforced and high-performance thermoplastics including PPS, PPSU and PEI-CF.

Three Metre Processing Envelope
Both additive printing and subtractive processing operate across a 3000 x 2000 x 1000 mm working volume.

Industrial Control and Safety
