Expanded Large-Format SLA Capacity for Industrial Production

The Kings SLA 850Pro provides an 850 x 850 x 500 mm build volume for large prototypes, models and production batches. It offers additional usable capacity over the 800Pro while retaining the same external machine dimensions.

More Capacity in the Same Machine Envelope
The 850 x 850 mm platform increases available build area without increasing the external dimensions used by the 800Pro, helping maximise output from the installed floor space.

Consistent Dimensional Control
Specified dimensional accuracy is ±0.1 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.1% x L for larger dimensions, supporting detailed models and controlled industrial output.

Stable Marble Construction
The recoater frame, elevator holder and scanning system base use marble structures to improve rigidity and maintain stable performance during printing.

Fast, Flexible Laser Processing
A 355 nm laser, adjustable 0.08 to 0.8 mm beam diameter and scanning speeds up to 15 m/s support a practical balance of surface detail and productivity. Layer thickness can be selected from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.

Intelligent Recoating and Motion Control
Intelligent position vacuum recoating, closed-loop motion control and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm support repeatable layer formation and reliable production.

Production-Ready Workflow
Kings 3D control software runs on Windows 10, accepts STL and SLC files, and supports Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity for an established industrial workflow.
