The Kings SLA 650Pro extends the capacity of the medium-format range with a 650 x 650 x 400 mm build volume. It is designed for larger prototypes, efficient batch layouts and industrial users who need more usable build area without moving to a substantially larger machine envelope.

Expanded Capacity, Efficient Footprint
The 650Pro increases the square build area to 650 x 650 mm while sharing the same external equipment dimensions as the 600Pro, providing more production capacity within the same floor space.

Consistent Dimensional Control
Specified dimensional accuracy is ±0.1 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.1% x L for larger dimensions, supporting detailed models and controlled industrial output.

Stable Marble Construction
The recoater frame, elevator holder and scanning system base use marble structures to improve rigidity and maintain stable performance during printing.

Fast, Flexible Laser Processing
A 355 nm laser, adjustable 0.08 to 0.8 mm beam diameter and scanning speeds up to 15 m/s support a practical balance of surface detail and productivity. Layer thickness can be selected from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.

Intelligent Recoating and Motion Control
Intelligent position vacuum recoating, closed-loop motion control and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm support repeatable layer formation and reliable production.

Production-Ready Workflow
Kings 3D control software runs on Windows 10, accepts STL and SLC files, and supports Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity for an established industrial workflow.
