Extended-Length SLA for Large Industrial Models and Patterns

The Kings SLA 1450Pro is an extended-length industrial stereolithography system for large models, patterns and prototypes. Its 1450 x 800 x 650 mm build volume enables long components to be produced with fewer joins and less downstream assembly.

Extended-Length Production Volume
The 1450 mm build length provides additional capacity for long industrial parts while the 800 mm width and 650 mm height support substantial cross-sections and multi-part layouts.

Consistent Dimensional Control
Specified dimensional accuracy is ±0.15 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.15% x L for larger dimensions, supporting detailed models and controlled industrial output.

Stable Marble Construction
The recoater frame, elevator holder and scanning system base use marble structures to improve rigidity and maintain stable performance during printing.

Fast, Flexible Laser Processing
A 355 nm laser, adjustable 0.08 to 0.8 mm beam diameter and scanning speeds up to 15 m/s support a practical balance of surface detail and productivity. Layer thickness can be selected from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.

Intelligent Recoating and Motion Control
Intelligent position vacuum recoating, closed-loop motion control and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm support repeatable layer formation and reliable production.

Production-Ready Workflow
Kings 3D control software runs on Windows 10, accepts STL and SLC files, and supports Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity for an established industrial workflow.
