High Temperature FDM Printing for PEEK and Engineering Materials

The Kings FDM PEEK334 is designed for demanding functional parts made from high performance thermoplastics. Its 250 x 300 x 375 mm build volume, 450°C nozzle and controlled enclosure support PEEK alongside a broad range of engineering and composite filaments.

High Temperature Extrusion
A nozzle temperature up to 450°C enables processing of PEEK and other demanding engineering materials.

Broad Material Compatibility
Supported 1.75 mm materials include PEEK, PLA, ABS, carbon fibre, nylon, PP, PVA, PETG and HIPS.

Precision Motion
Dual XY axis linear rails and stated positioning accuracy of 0.0011 mm on X and Y and 0.00125 mm on Z support detailed functional parts.

Controlled Printing Environment
The enclosed temperature controlled body and heated bed up to 120°C help manage higher performance materials.

Connected Operation
A 5 inch touchscreen, WiFi and LAN connectivity, filament detection and power loss recovery support professional workflow.
