Tall Large Format FDM Printing for Extended Production Runs

The Kings FDM 6610 provides a 600 x 600 x 1000 mm build volume for tall prototypes, tooling, models and production components. Designed for extended printing, it combines industrial closed loop motors with print recovery functions and a large removable build surface.

One Metre Build Height
The 600 x 600 x 1000 mm build volume accommodates tall components and large models while reducing the need for assembly.

Extended Print Capability
The system is designed for continuous printing up to 72 hours, supporting longer builds and low volume production.

Print Protection
Filament runout detection and power loss recovery help minimise failed builds during extended operation.

Industrial Material Support
A 320°C nozzle and 120°C heated bed support PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG, carbon fibre, wood filled and nylon based filaments.

Accessible Large Part Handling
Dual front doors, four point platform levelling and a removable 10 mm glass build plate assist setup and part removal.
