Industrial High Speed FDM Printing with Closed Loop Motion

The Kings FDM 3040 combines a 300 x 300 x 400 mm build volume with industrial linear guides, closed loop servo control and a fully enclosed temperature controlled chamber. It is designed for precise prototypes, tooling and functional parts using standard and engineering grade filament.

High Speed Klipper Control
The Klipper system supports printing speeds up to 600 mm/s for faster iteration and production.

Closed Loop XY Motion
Industrial linear guides and Leadshine closed loop servo motors improve motion control and repeatability.

Rigid Heated Build Platform
An independently powered silicone heated bed, 12 mm aluminium plate and removable magnetic steel sheet support flatness and easier part removal.

Controlled Material Environment
The enclosed chamber can maintain temperatures up to 60°C, while the nozzle reaches 320°C for ABS, PETG, nylon and reinforced materials.

Streamlined Daily Use
Automatic levelling, filament detection, WiFi transfer, dual fan filtration and a 4.5 inch touchscreen simplify operation.
