Ultra Large Dual Nozzle FDM Printing for Industrial Production

The Kings FDM 2350 is the largest FDM system in the range, providing a 2350 x 1000 x 750 mm build volume for industrial scale parts. Dual nozzle collaborative printing, composite material capability and a heavy duty motion platform support large one piece tooling, prototypes and customised components.

Ultra Large One Piece Production
The 2350 x 1000 x 750 mm build volume reduces segmentation and assembly for long tooling, vehicle components and large models.

Dual Nozzle Material Control
Synchronized dual extrusion enables automatic material switching and multi material production within a single build.

Composite Material Capability
Supported materials include PC+ABS, PETG+GF, PP+GF, PA+GF, ABS+GF and PC+CF.

Industrial Motion and Accuracy
Closed loop linear motors, servo control and stated positioning accuracy of 2 microns support demanding large format work.

Thermally Controlled Production
A heated chamber up to 60°C, build plate up to 100°C and nozzle temperature up to 350°C support stable long duration printing.
