One Metre Industrial FDM Printing for Large Functional Parts

The Kings FDM 1000 is an industrial large format printer with a 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm build volume. Designed around 1.75 mm engineering filament, it combines closed loop servo motion, a reinforced build platform and a fully enclosed cabinet for large prototypes, tooling and end use parts.

One Cubic Metre Build Volume
The 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm working area supports large one piece components and reduces the need for sectioning and assembly.

Heavy Duty Build Platform
A 12 mm aluminium plate, independently powered heated bed and integrated precision ball screws support models weighing up to 80 kg.

Closed Loop Industrial Motion
Dual shaft XY linear modules and high torque hybrid servo motors provide controlled movement across the large build area.

Engineering Filament Compatibility
The 310°C nozzle and 110°C heated bed support ABS, TPU, PETG, carbon fibre and nylon based 1.75 mm materials.

Production Focused Operation
Klipper control, independent material storage, filament detection, WiFi transfer and a 7 inch touchscreen support long professional builds.
